We always strive to ensure that you are happy with the items you purchased from us as much as we do. However, If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), you may return items according to our return policy below.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria or returned in un-saleable condition may not be accepted for returns.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Customers in the United States must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a pre-paid shipping label. Please e-mail email@example.com with your name, e-mail, and Order ID#. If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the items returned in the original form of payment, minus return shipping charges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
